What is the best way to get a true understanding of what CrossFit really is? Take a FREE intro class. All classes are scalable for your level of fitness. In the free intro class we introduce the methods, tools, and intensity that set the foundation for CrossFit training. Before you ask, you do not need to be in shape to try CrossFit. No prior experience is required. Most members have started out of shape and through hard work and dedication to CrossFit successfully transformed themselves.

What do I need to bring? Workout clothes, a positive attitude, and a voided check if you want to sign up for membership and join the CrossFit 54 family! Also, since you will be working out make sure you eat a couple hours before you come and drink plenty of water throughout the day.
What should I expect? Everyone is always welcome at CF54, we love introducing CrossFit to new people. Please show up 10-15 minutes early to fill out some quick paperwork. We do have restrooms if you will need to change. There may be a workout in session when you arrive. Since, this is not your typical “Globo Gym” there won’t be any T.V’s with CNN or the Weather channel, but there will probably be loud music, weights being dropped, and CrossFitters working hard to improve their level of fitness.
